1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both the traveler and our local partners who prepare in advance for your arrival.

2. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method or a bank account provided by you.
3. Exceptions
In cases of natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, or unforeseen closures in Kashmir, we may offer a "Travel Credit" valid for up to 12 months in lieu of a cash refund, subject to individual hotel policies.
4. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive at the designated pickup point or check-in at the hotel without prior notice will be treated as a "No-Show" and no refund will be provided.
